He is asking for 1.4 million pounds and equipment/vans not included  :o

Is this for real or scam?

Monthly turnover £11,000 x 12 months = £132,000 annual turnover.

1.4 million divided by £132,000 = 10 years before a profit is made on that work (ish; I know add-ons, price increases, new accounts, etc)

Stick 1.4 million in a bank and I wonder what the monthly interest payment would be?

I think the window cleaner would be selling for £140,000 and just has made an error with his zeros.

I don't think it's an error Tosh.

If you are keen to sell something,you at least double check your advertisement and contact to site owner if something is wrong.

This ad has been there for almost a year and never got corrected?

IMO,he is just pushing his luck  ;D

Is he seriously trying to say 2 employees , plus maybe himself, make £ 10,000 - £11,000 per mth ???
