Well obviously it replicates a Chinese design. If you can use google translate it would tell you it's 100% wool ;)
Can't see the backing but has it been made on a Wilton loom or is it tufted? Looks a bit wrinkly like a piece of Wilton would if not stretched out properly, with only longitudinal flexibility whilst remaining flat laterally as a Wilton would.

Or the floor is uneven, not sure if that's longitudinally or laterally, mind ;D

Hard to belief there would have been a label of that format over 100 years ago.

its wilton

Rob he said its 25 years old

It's worth cleaning & protecting, presuming you think it'll clean up OK (can't see any detail from the picture). No significant resale value in the general market. I'd pitch it at £3/ft² and take it from there (looks either 10x8 or 12x9?)
How much would you pay for a similar sized offcut of Wilton carpet 25 years old? :)

I dont really clean alot of rugs esp woven back just feel they are to dangerous
guy asked me to clean it and asked how much I thought it was worth
just thought I would ask for a more experienced opinion
