Does anyone have a rule of them for coony cleans ?
I class a conny clean as all UPVC cleaned and rinsed. Any stubborn marks polished with Cif.
Then roof glass and window panels washed.Thats what I class as a standard conny clean. Interior extra
Do you charge according to:
1. Condition or
2. Size or
3. Number of panels or ??
For example what would you charge for a conny 12ft wide 8ft deep, 9ft tall. 5 glass roof panels. Only 3 sides as attached to back of house.
cheers guys

i charge min £60 for just the roof and guttering cleaned. windows get a very fast wash. with that size of conny i reckon at least £90, and that's for a lesser service than your offering.

Hard to do it off measurements. Find a pic on google images and post it up

I used to just pull a figure out of the air when pricing a conny roof clean or regular window clean.
I now work on the following
Regular window clean = 50p a window / door most of mne work out to £6 to £8
Roof Clean = polycarbonate £5 a roof panel if its glass which takes longer then £10 per roof panel.

price high and say it may be a bit cheaper depending on how long it takes. then you wont be out of pocket mate. badly covered panels i normally put a neat solution of white spirit on a sleeve and mess it up a bit then wash it down with the wfpole from there tap. the spirit will leave a oiley film on the panel. hope this helps you a bit and all.

Great thanks very much. I am in Hertford in the SE and custys have more pennies than up north. I was going to start around £80-100 and then see the reaction. Having done one last week I know that the job I do on a conny it ends up looking brand new. Can take around 2-3 hours. I dont have a problem spending that amount of time as long as I paid accordingly

if you re charging £80 - £100 for 2 -3 hrs work i'm happy to stay in the penniless north! ;D
we can knock off a £60 conny in under an hour pretty dependably. so if we book them in back to back thats £180 for a mornings work.
if i were you i would stop worrying about the cream cleaner to remove stains etc. focus on getting just a basic WFP clean done for £60 and up. most people are more than impressed by this type of clean. if you want to upsell stain removal charge it to them as an extra for a min of £20 and up depending on the staining.

Ok thanks for that I was just working on £35-40 an hour. If I can get extra for stain removal that a bonus.
