where i live my TDS is 250, today i was curious so i've checked the water from outside tap water of a customer who lives 10 miles away from me, his TDS was....23!!!! yes 023! :o :o and my tds meter work because i did check when i went back home!

yes but it wasn't temperature, i did check 3 times, i am not stupid! >:(

At my last house the reading is 036 from the tap - here it's 070 so still not too bad ;)

Yeh my old place was 030 - 050, we had a bore hole was brillaint and free :)

he may use it to fill his pond and it may be connected to some vessels of some sort?

You can never tell, water come from different sources. Go ten miles from here and you are in a different water authority.

Mine is 300 out of the mains
My well is 70
My ground water / uv drinking supply is 128
and the rainwater we harvest is between 11-30.
Best local water is 66 and runs out of a hill into a cattle trough.

I've had over 450 from our tap. Came out in block form so it did! :o
Seriously though, 340 is the lowest I've seen it, down to about 20 after RO then big fat zero through the jets.
