Is it worth changing over from George?was going to go to wcp but have learnt that collect my round can be used via iPhone/ iPad or any device as its online. Just wondering how it compares to others on the market. I don't want to choose the wrong programme.
Thanks

I take it you get charged for this service? if so why not just get customers on BACS or STANDING ORDERS,i take it it is about collecting not just managing your round.......i am confusing myself ;D

Lol. I currently use George but looking for better software to use. Collect my round looks good but would like to hear some pro's before I start transferring all my details onto it.

I've been using for 2 years.

why pay £15.00 a month surely george does most if not all the features on collect my round

Mr b. can you make a work route say 20 jobs in a day from 1 to 20 in an order for an employee to follow as I struggle to get it right with George. Also can you sort the debt list to be in postcode area instead of day order or job orderlike George?? Sorry for the questions.

I'm not sure if it's just me but I can't seem to run my business properly with George struggle to get work in order and find it impossible to print the debt list is a manageable route to collect from as each job is all over the place, I found it easier with pen and paper and spreadsheets than George.

I just look at what's due in one week, then you can print daily sheets off.
No facility to plan a round robin so to speak.
Debtors are shown in a list. I believe they are shown as owing money on the daily work sheet.
TBH I transfer each job to my diary as a fail safe back up, if the collectmyround peoples went skint......
I used the free trial, the guy didn't even chase me for nearly 2 months.
Maybe try just one weeks work in it, get the feel for it.
