Title: pricing up big hotel

I was doing a pressure washing job in the center on london to day and i was asked to pric up a big hotel job it involves cleaning all the walls i would say ther is about 10000m to be cleaned.The thing is the bloke wants me to clean it about 3 times a year the walls are render that has been painted. I WOULD LIKE SOME INFORMATION ON HOW TO PRICE IT AND ALSO ABOUT PRESSURE WASHING RENDERED WALLS THANKS CHRIS AT CRSMITHS
