Recently took a member of staff to help get thru the workload ... got him 2 days a week and after only this week and last week (4 days) Im for the first time in about 12 months actually on scedule with work - working in rain has also helped.

Feel a lot better and out of the rut of work work work and never getting ahead.

Now feel worthwhile canvassing as can cope with extra houses now.

Early days employing I know but defo way foward for me.

Next job is find a self employed canvasser.

Got thru todays work by 2pm so did a little commercial canvassing and think Ive picked up a massive job of 5 windows @ £10 monthly  ;D .... fingers crossed will find out tomorrow.

Ian is it 30% of the daily turnover the rule of thumb for paying staff?

Ian i know you dont want to but the best person to canvass would be yourself its the only way m8t, just get ahead of the work then stay on the note pad

oh also leaflet its really good.

u gona know what you are getting each time and you will be on total controll and know the cleans.. if you get some help do it together u can never leave them alone dont forget the only thing on a canvassers mind is putting food on there table as it is for yours.

yes agree been there with a previous canvasser

ME .... My min is £12 and no tricky access or calls the night before.

5 hours later

CANVASSER .... Got 1 today .... Mrs Jones £8 bi monthly call night before and u have to get to back by going thru house.

this happened ...............  :-\
