I have read on here that a few guys use the Wet n Dry vac from Lidl's.
Just thought you'd like to know they are selling a few Next week from the 9th July.
Maybe you should look up Lidl's in your own area if your interested... £59.99.
Heres the link to my local shop site....

I personally like those ones with onboard 240v outlets and drain taps. I'm waiting for the next flood. Gonna clean up !!

Mine's still going a year down the line. Bit flimsy but works fine.

Personally I feel that this is ok for gutters which are not really dirty or clogged up with moss and tree roots etc.
The main problem I see with this vac is the hose's diameter, its too small, it looks like it's a 1'' hose, I use a 2'' and the walls of the hose and the poles I use clug up with dirt; just like an artery.
I am experimenting with certain carpet cleaning products and hair conditioners, such as liquid defoarmers to coat the inner walls of the hose and poles to make them more non stickable.

Never found diameter of the pipe to be much of a problem 38mm. It's still bigger than the nozzle. Inlet diameter can be a problem on a vac. Better than lugging a 300w+ about all the time. Nozzle I use breaks up the dirt anyway.
