i picked up a conny clean today out of the blue.its wooden with a glass roof.it looks pretty dirty.would spraying it with tfr or virosol be ok?then just scrub and rinse with pure water?
i normally only pick up polycarbon roofs.

Should be fine yeah,as its wooden im guessing it wont have the new "self cleaning glass"??

I'd def do a test batch first, just to see how the glass and wood reacts daz.. Can never be to cautious.. :)

Just use really diluted as alkiline cleaners can etch glass

daz, on glass roofs i use diluted fairy liquid .... better safe than sorry

Yes but this product does great job even with cold water.

Bosh, try using a standard plastic angle adaptor then you wont have to work at funny angles as the carbon gooseneck isnt getting the brush onto the roof at the right angle ... will speed your guys up

Point taken blue frog and many thanks for advice.
The reason for using the carbon goose neck is that its much lighter than other attachment we have which is again easier for scrubbing at this angel.

i would love a product for sills etc to get rid of bee poo etc etc that is quick to use on a cloth , and non abrasive ( CIF) just scratches...

i think ill just use ecover washing up liquid in my pressure sprayer.its a very unusual posh conservatory.likes been said better safe than sorry!

its booked in for 11am on friday.nice easy access.no ladders required.£60.(90 mins tops including set up and packing away)right next to loads of my regular window cleaning work).

I use Armillatox. A bit expensive, but little goes a very long way.

What ever you use , make sure it does not dry , as it will leave streaks that show in sunlight, and are a bugger to remove.
In my experiance, they usually take longer, and require more rinsing
