Title: Commercial office quote template.

Hi

Can anyone help me need to email a quote for some commercial officesi have just quoted i know i can do the work but as this is my first big commercial im not sure what i need to include in the quote if any of you guys would be happy to email me a template that you use i would be greatful.

Hi

I did the quote then a few days later they emailed and asked me to do the insides of two other buildings which bye this time i had already decided that is was not worth the stress with all the paper work that i would have needed to do and i didn't have a cue what to do.

I think i was trying to run before i could walk the job would have taken one and a half days a month to do and would have been better suited to a two man team.

I start my city and guilds tranning with impact 43 soon so that should make life easier.

I have learned by my mistake and im stronger for it  ;D ;D

well done for making a decision, before you got too involved.  it is tempting when something drops in your lap...  but its important to stick to your main business and not get pulled around in all directions

If anyone in the London area is ever in this situation, with a commercial job that they can't handle (not shops) we will pay a very nice commission for any leads passed on to us that we convert into a customer.
