Title: Gutter job for anyone with a vac

There is a gutter job going for someone who has a gutter vac around the Preston area.

A small victorian block of flats I clean has asked for the guttering to be emptied, can't be done by ladder due to height at rear of property and 3 foot ish over hang of soffits, cherry picker unsuitable due to access at rear, would suit gutter vac.
