On my iPad the link jumps to a different URL showing kids toys. When I edit the URL back to panel1 as per the link I can see the page. That's a real good price for them.

You can't order online, you have to take out membership and then drive to your nearest store.

Shame, £10 is the lowest price I've seen for EZ Moves elsewhere

JTF sell cheap plastic tat, its only a mile from me and takes and hour to join and then you have to sign in and get marketing crap sent very fortnight, its full of the great unwashed, ladies with blotchy red legs, pikeys and doley scum that look into your van just to closely. So tend to give it a wide berth.

Personally don't think it worth shopping around for consumables as they are such a small part of the job the savings are minimal overall. by the time you factor in time lost and diesel they don't work out that cheap.

Over TEN times more expensive   :o

To be fair though the 2.99 is an offer price and they are usually £8.99.

Quote from Garyj   If you go to the supplier link that Steve provided and order the same product this happens.....

As Steve put a link to our site I think it only fair to say that it is not exactly the same product.  We buy them in at over four times what JTF are advertising them at so obviously went down today to have a look.  :)  The price listed on JTF brochure is net of VAT.  Saying that it is an absolutely fantastic price and if you get the chance to grab one, do so.  ;D

How many of those sliders get forgotten and left behind on jobs? Better to use sticky tabs and get the double benefit of having furniture slide easily and protect the carpet from possible dye bleed from unsealed furniture legs.

As somebody (:)) said to you before Simon, if you think furniture slides well on sticky tabs it'll blow your mind using sliders!  The answer to leaving them behind is remembering not to leave them there!  The only reason you don't leave your wand or hoses behind is because you have a system... once you get your system going with sliders you rarely leave them.

Sticky tabs only work well on light furniture with thick legs.  Anything heavy like dining tables or furniture with really spindly thin legs don't slide well at all.

Why not gamble a tenner on a set and find out ;D

Jim,
Come on, you southerners really need a set of nancy sliders to help you move furniture around  ;D
What's the point, bend down with lift buddy to place sliders to make it easy to move furniture that's already easy to move, then clean the carpet, then replace the furniture in its original position, now bend back down again with lift buddy to retrieve sliders.....bonkers. ;D

The ones at restormate are more expensive because you also get the lift buddy as part of the deal. Or am I missing something?

I rarely use the crow-bar thingy but have found it extremely useful on a couple of occasions!  Don't forget it's different working on your own.  There's no more effort really because you still have to bend down to put tabs under the feet so you might as well sling a slider underneath whilst you're at it.

Put your money where your mouth is, buy a set and then tell me I'm wrong :)

Agree with Jim, sliders make things so much easier, especially for those working on their own. As for leaving them behind on a job, so far, so good, but then I keep the half dozen sets I've got in one of those really useful box things, along with furniture tabs, foam blocks and a roll of sticky tabs, I just check they're all in the box before I put it back on the van.
