Whats the best way to get feedback from our customers? i was thinking an easy form to email customers anyone got one? ::) ???

Self address postcard left with the customer at the end of the job, have 10 muptiple tick answer questions on the back
Eg: How satisfied were you with our service?
Very satisfied
Satisfied
Neither satisfied or un satisfied
Not satisfied
Very un satisfied

That's all very well mate but you're not gonna pull a pile of them cards out are you to your next potential customer to prove you're the right man for the job.

what sort of 'feedback' are you wanting? is it feed back or as blastaway suggest testimonials,
feedback as i suggest is about getting customers views on the service you offer and finding way to improve what you do, if you want to show quotes from customers to prove you are the man for the job then this is different

I think the card method you suggest Mike is best suited to a large company who gain these specifically for keeping check on staff operatives carrying out the work.
