Ive got £750 P/m approx for sale in Greenmount and Holcombe brook, not far from Bradshaw/Harwood Bolton.

It's all wfp, all private homes on 2 very nice estates, easy £30-per hour per man, you only need to move the van 2 times in a full day.  House after house work.
