Hi I have been asked by a few about making the magazine monthly with less pages. I am not too sure about this and wanted to ask your advise.
The July issue is looking at 56 plus pages.
Some of the articles are 5 pages long. A suggestion of more regulartiy, smaller articles and less pages would be a way to go.
Monthly would mean crunching people more on deadlines ( hardest part of the job really)
Quartely fits in fine with my own window cleaning business work, mind you.
Bi monthly?? Maybe a happy medium.

Yeah was talking to my wife. She not too happy about the idea of me spending more of my free time on the mag (monthly)
and there is the issue of getting people to meet deadlines which is always a slog. May bi-monthly would be a middle road.
What you think about less pages, smaller articles?
