Seems to be plenty work knocking about at the minute. Nice.  8)

I do a block of 14 flats (total 78 windows) for a management company and they have another block they want me to quote for. I've just had a look and there's a total of 142 windows on 4 floors.

I'd say 120 windows are typical 2 pane pvc units. 9 balcony windows, 4 with 9 large panes and a few singles.

Not sure how many flats, so cant price on that.

They want a price for 2 weekly and 4 weekly. I have a rough price in mind but wanted a bit feedback. The block is in the north-east!

I am WFP but will have a lad tradding the bottoms.

usually bimonthly apartments for management companies,
i have seen quotes for apartments that G.wimpey build and they were for £40-£60 per annum per apartment
