What are rounds that turnover £2-£2.5k per calendar month
Selling for? All wfp residential same town and surrounding villages

how many hours, how do they pay, do you have proof of it all ?

I think it might also have a bit to do with the area you are in.

In the South some of the residential rounds i have seen for sale go for 5-6 times.
There was a commercial round £1600 a month asking price £16000.

you can ask what you want but no way you are going to sell a commercial round for 10 times the value!
where are you in the south?

i paid ten times the value for a commercial round.  very lurative work that would take you about ten years to canvas.  i didnt lose any jobs and its turned out to be an excellent investment.

I'm in Dorset and the round is currently for sale on this website under the rounds for sale.
Perhaps no one has bought it due to the high price etc..

Bucks, all pay cheque cash or direct transfer no collecting
9-2 5 days a week could easy do work 3weeks per month

How desperate is the seller? If just taking a punt for the right offer and if as desrcibed you'd be nuts to let that go for less than 10K; possibly 12?

I mean yer not up norf are you?

Of money it would sell for. I know the est from accountants etc
Etc but want to know how much they actually sell for. Toying with
Expanding and employing or selling .
