Title: way the water runs

why on some windows does the water run down like a separate rivers but on some it runs like a curtain which i much prefer ,im sure there is a answer somewhere  ??? ??? ???

You have to feel the force then master it and all will be good  ;D

errr actually not sure but the glass thats fairly new does tend to sheet nicely.

noticed on some large windows on a group of bungerlows I do was going into beads / hydroscopic I think its called which had never noticed before ?

sorry not much help ... just more questions  :D

I have a theory that some of it is down to what has been used to clean them in the past. A lot of propriatory glass cleaners are very waxy. once there, it can stay on the glass for years.

On Hydrophobic glass the water forms beads

Hydrophilic glass is the type that the water sheets,

Watch this for a better explanation. Also have a look at the guys pole. It has fan jets and pencil jets with a switch for selection!!

Doesn't Hydrophobic mean it has rabies?
