Title: Anyone been canvassed by these companies?

I've had two phone calls in as many days from these two companies offering me exclusivity to my area for a fee of £99 +vat!!
Anyone else been called?

The first one is for all the schools and colleges in my area. Short for Education first!! If it was true then I would be on easy street!!
