Just about to start canvassing to build on small round and was gonna offer a free inside clean and frame polish for all new regular custys on my flyers which i was gonna drop a few days b4 i canvass, but just been reading that inside cleans can be a nightmare and can sometimes take twice as long as outside cleans. So now just thinking of offering free frame polish for new regular custys? Would this be a good idea to get new custys in? ???

no, no, no, value what you do and charge accordingly, slower yes, but better customers also

Agreed

No, why work for nothing? If someone wants a window cleaner they will get one wether or not you are doing work for free
-
No!
You want customers who want to pay you to work. You'll get the wrong type of customer with an offer like that.

If you want to offer something for free why not offer a customer a free window clean if
they recommend you to a another regular window cleaning customer.

Anything you do for nothing is worth nothing. So you will never charge for it the next time.

Apart from what Luke said that's worth 10 new proper customers a year to me as great customers know other great potential customers u never see chavs mixing with nice people

Thanks for the advice every1, very helpful for us rookie's ;D

Don't do anything for free, I just dont put anything extra on for first cleans and I've still got most of my customers from when I first started with them
