Umm, leaning your brush-head against brick wall. How to scratch glass is one easy lesson!

Dave,

In most of your photo's you have left a pole unattended leaning against a building and some extended, lay it down so not to cause so many hazards be it falling or a trip hazard, Mark already pointed out about the brush on the wall, can/will pick up debris and scratch glass. it is good what your doing on the blog and hopefully you will take on board some of these things. Safe practice needs to be looked into asap, if commercial customers look at this you will be seriously damaging your reputation due to health and safety and many will avoid you like the plauge. I am saying this to help you not to slate you.

I've tried to get the pole in the picture to show I'm not just taking pictures of random properties.

If the wall had soft crumbly mortar I wouldn't lean my brush up against it.

I suppose there is, however a tiny risk associated with this so I'll bear it in mind, thanks.

I'm surprised that there are comments about this and none yet about the piece on Gardiners quick release resi-neck type 2 with swivel, or their glowing review!

Gazza, why do we need to look at someone else's day?
Dunno, but I'm still getting views on here so I'll carry on posting for now.

I guess it's just human nature!  :)

absolutely hate the resi neck swivel!!i just prefer a standard fixed brush.i will keep it just it case it might come in handy.i doubt it though!!save yourself a tenner lads!! ;D ;D ;D ;D

as for putting your brush against the wall its a no no IMO.TURN IT THE OTHER WAY!! ;D ;D ;D ;D

no point risking picking up debris that will be transferred to the windows!

some people have no common sense!...........usually window cleaners!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
