hi alex got new pole clx the other day but it slipped today when stood upright and the clamp for gooseneck wont work now the threads gones whats chances of gettings couple sent out first thing so we can bodge it tmoz with a small bolt, let me know what itll cost cheers not long got in otherwise wouldve rang earlier but didnt happen till 5.30pm!!

you should always have spare goosenecks,tape,y connectors,spare poles in van every time they go out in the morning.

got spare poles daz n do have spare bits n bobs but its a bit different the clamp for gooseneck bit more of a bend in it

I can never understand why folk come on here to ask a question or make a complaint to a specific company.
It would be like your customers putting something in your local paper to ask you a question or to tell you "you missed a bit"
I find it very unprofessional and for the companies involved it must be so annoying.
No wonder so many of them stop using the forums.

jesus i only asked if it was possible to send me one out coz i know alex visits the site im going to ring them today just thought i may catch him before today

im not making any complaint it was my fault the pole dropped and i need new clamp

Richy these guys love you, you have the same reaction as if some one asked info on ionics, they love it mate.
