What would be best  way to get glue of cellotape off shop windows

Scraper. Make sure you wet it with soapy water first

This is the stuff you want jason, I had to do a big clean on a refurbed Pcworld and the sign guys gave me a bottle...spray on, leave for 20 seconds comes off really easy  ;D

Just had a look at their delivery charges  :o

If you shop around you can get it much cheaper.....

as ive posted before i personaly dont touch them you leave your self wide open for youve scrathed my window brigade i just advise how to get it off aint had any complaints

Just soapy-wet the window and use a scraper blade.

How difficult is that? 

Don't try using something complicated like a chair; you may hurt your elbow.

buy of auto smart its called tardis glue  remover comes in 5 ltrs last you long time great for all types of glue etc

i second tosh's comments.  why buy extra things.  just get it wet and use a scraper, couldnt be simpler
