Richy,
having read your recent posts, i cant help but think how complicated it all sounds.
In all the time i have cleaned windows i have never had the need for most things your mentioning.
If i was you i would just keep it simple, and concentrate just cleaning the windows, that way i reckon you will get a good business sorted out, rather than thinking about other things.
Just my opinion.

condoms...........well you never know ;)

ive just got quite a bit of space in my van to make use of and instead of telling customers il look into it and do it next time if we had certain items on board and we can make a bit of extra money on a job and make the customer happy whats the problem having been back out on tools me and ste who has come back working for me have found customers have been disappointed in quality the lad who was working for me was cleaning apparently some have said its first time theyve seen windows been brushed in ages and not just squirted at haha

That would explain something.

Just cannot see the sense in having things like that in a van, when window cleaning is what its about.
Was pointing out that in 21 years of running a buisness i have never used half the stuff you metioned, and to be honest dont want to.
By the sounds of your posts, i would just stick at either traditional or wfp window cleaning and if ever the situation arose then sort it.
99% of customers dont want to come and look inside your van, they just want their windows cleaning.
For one reason or another you mention, staff problems - if you operate your business correctly then on alot of occasions the better window cleaners will start asking you for jobs, that way you dont have to stress, pay one of them alittle bit extra to sort the bulk of the work out - leaving you to get stuck in and manage it
-
i have ecover and trad stuff and of course a toolbox with gaffa tape, spare connectors, hose cutters, screwdrivers etc.
i dont take the 5l pressure sprayer and virosol unless i have add jobs booked in.
i never clean a conny roof or fascia clean ad hoc.they are always booked in for a later date as im usually full up with maintenance window cleaning on a day to day basis.
as for cif and scourers unless your doing builders cleans you wont need them.
a full tank of pure, pole and brushes is all you need and a few cloths!
KEEP IT SIMPLE MATE!! ;D ;D ;D
-
exactly. ;)

richy just put ya self in van n go work ;D ;D
