Title: public apology to masterclean
Post by: Alan Brooker. Aqualink Carpet Care on January 18, 2006, 04:03:00 pm
Note: ENGAGE BRAIN BEFORE PUTTING MOUTH INTO GEAR!  ::)
I have made some unnecessary derogatory comments about the services of Masterclean on this forum. These were removed within a couple of days of posting as with hindsight - It wasn't right to have posted them in the first place.
Allowing PAST personal opinions to interfere with business matters is at best unprofessional.
This apology is unsolicited and Vernon, if you're reading this - I hope the whole affair only serves as positive advertising for you!  ;)

Alan,

I was in two minds whether to delete the original topic but thought you and Vernon whilst having some 'history' kept within the bounds of dignity.

Your apology is a credit to yourself , we all make errors of judgement.

Cheers

Doug

Some companies need a kick up the butt to make them realise that the service they are providing is not good enough.
the wise change the others carring on providing the same bad service.
Personally  I can easily think of two, both based around London, who despite the bad press on these forums still provide the same bad service.
Wise up guys.
