i have a slx 30.i see i can buy a extra section to make it 35 isit possibke then to use smax 40 sections on it?

i know extentions can be bought but they are a bit pricey for what they am

Yes doc, you can. effectivley a smax is a bigger slx

Remember to go from a 30 - 35 means you need to get 2 sections

One to replace the base section on your 30 and then the 35 base section

The base sections (handles) are larger than the standard sections as they are insulated. so you have to replace that section with a standard seciton

spoke to alex he says you dont need to change the base section.he says the rigidity will be slightly different but barely noticeable.
he says i just need the 2 sections to convert it into smax 40
