Hi All
I'm a carpet cleaner who has just developed a fantastic new App to help carpet cleaners.
I originally came up with the idea for my own business but realised this could be for everyone.
Anyway check it out it's free to download and 99cent to add a business listing.

Well after a lot of messing about loading i tunes
and downloading I've finally got the app in my i
tunes. How do I open it? Clicking it does nothing.

And who on earth would want to supply an app to your own customers that directs them to your nearest competitors ::)

You need the lastest upgrade on your iphone above ios4.2 or it wont run, upgrade your phone its
not hard.

is it just me or are others over cautious when it comes to things like this.
Same here, not a chance unless it's from someone credable with 100's of posts or unless someone else willing the take the risk tells us it's a great thing.

Its basically an app designed for your customers, where the sapphire app is good but
designed for carpet cleaners to use and aid them in day to day cleaning.
Its been a success for me and my customers so I thought why not share it ,
with all the carpet cleaners to use.
All I can do is let everyone know about it, I dont post on this forum but we
have a supplier on the app who does so download it after you update
you phone and you will see how good it is.

Yes I agree nothing in life is free, but guess what this is free to download and 99 cents to add a listing which
is there just to stop spam, it hard to spam on apple anyway as you need an apple id.
We made the app for myself realised how good it was so we thought well why not let everyone have it
and wasn't going to cost any extra to do so.
We have developed the whole program so if there is any medium to large companies that want there on version
of this app with their own company on the homepage and own weblinks then I can make it happen a a fraction of the price of
building their own.

Unfortunately you need to own a iphone/ipad/ipod touch to use the app, we were planning to make an andriod
version but due to most carpet cleaners not wanting to spend the $99 , we changed it to 99cents so
it might take a while, but Im sure you know someone with an iphone its free to download the app
maybe give them 99cent and list it while your there.

Am I getting too old but why would you want a stain removal guide if you're a good carpet cleaner?

Its for your customers to use so 1. they get a stain 2. they look at how to get it out. 3. most have no idea so
4. the click find the carpet cleaner which has a google map showing closest cleaner
5. give them a fridge magnet and get the stain out and you have a new very close customer

Do really think customer's who get a stain on their carpet will start faffing about with all that malarky?
I think they'll just do it the old fashioned way, just by picking up the phone :D

in the yellowpages you had no work , we all mine come from the internet these days very little from books, changing times
this is the next change everyone has a computer in the parm of their hand and with an app its one press of the button, we have just

I'm sure you are telling the truth, but having some idea of the app market I'm wondering how you managed that marketing wise and yet you have spammed this forum on your first post. :-\

Yes Im a millionare 900000 free downloads thats like serious money :-[

This just doesn't make sense. If you had that many downloads you wouldn't be wasting your time with a bunch of tin pot carpet cleaners on here you'd be emailing Proctor and Gamble telling them you have a list of 900,000 qualified prospects.
