It is what it is.

I wouldn't part with my business for any less than the annual turnover. You guys that are stuck in your 4-5 x monthly price crack me up.

This is outragous. The price isn't just a wee bit expensive, its day light robber. This seller has to have his figures wrong or he is a con man waiting for new window cleaners to come along.

I think the seller has his information wrong.....

It takes two men to complete the round in 1.5 hours ( assuming a day is 6 hrs) that is 18hrs.

If it is £660 per month then the rate will work out at  36.66. If a 'day' to this seller is 8hrs, then it would be 24 hours giving an hourly rate of 27.50.

Both these hourly rates are to high. But I noticed its done fortnightly so the round is worth 7920 per year cleaned 26 times = 304.61 divided by 18hrs (assuming a 'day' is 6 hrs to them) is a rate of 16.92 per hour or 304.61 divided by 24 hrs ( assuming a 'day' is 8 hours to them) is a rate of 12.69 per hour

I am assuming that they base their working day on 6 hours ( due to the way the figures look), therefore, would you pay 6,250 pounds for a 17.00 per hour job that you only earned 304 pounds every two weeks?

It will take nearly 10 months to work your money back.

First offering him a £1000, don't go any higher than £1200. This guy will not be selling that round at that price in your lifetime. If he can't come down to your figures walk away.......

Hope that helps and that I have demonstrated how you can now work out if a round is good or not :)

Hey Rob... I still think 3K too much for that round. 2k for £950 work is not a bad sale. I would pay that for good work :)

well your never going to get x10

All depends on where you are and how badly someone wants a round.

I live about 12 miles from Oldham and prices for rounds in my area are at least 10 x monthly.

If someone wants to sell up and can get 10x then good luck to them..

I think pricing of rounds has become difficult as I have bought really good monthly work for 8 - 10 it's value and ive baught fortnightly work at the same ratio? The ratio of 4-6 times will have to change because more and more rounds are becoming monthly?

My final thought on this matter is people in Manchester were up too 10times it's value 10 years ago so things are gona change
