depends on time of day
radio 2 jeremy vine if its a good topic, else go to my local cafe and chat up the waitresses :D
-
i started at 8am then had early lunch at 11am as it was bouncing down.wrote a few tickets out and got SAE ready.then cracked on until 3pm then sacked it off.most jobs today were commercial so no problems.it never stopped raining all afternoon! :( :(
sometimes it sounds worse when you hear it on the van roof!!easy to just crack on with it once your out of the van!
im on course for my biggest earning week window cleaning this week!!lots of cream work due all at once!! ;) ;D ;D ;D ;D
i never spend longer than an hour in the van during heavy rain.sometimes i just go home if im really fed up with it.ive really got the bit between my teeth this week though.firmly in "work mode"!! :D :D
-
go to the cafe or go home,my round is mostly within a 5minute drive away ;D
-
i just work through it :)
-
Go home and start doing something, its the perfect way to stop it raining. works every time.
-
theres never a reason to be sitting idle in the van ,you could be pushing out that stash of leaflets , drumming up work or at the very least combing the local paper for contacts that you will get in touch with for further work . i reckon you could find 50 contacts in one paper, include anybody with a shaggy dog story but not anybody whose just been done for drink driving
have you got that new employee yet Ian - who is it.
