Hi mate Rich here , was just wondering as your average price is about £20 what do you make of these , what would you charge ?
They both have about 4 unseen windows

SORRY , just been loading extra water in the van !

They both have around 4 extra windows , just 6 panes each window .

NO NO NO NO NO DONT SAY THAT , NO WONDER I AINT MAKING ENOUGH !

 I only charge £15 a house , i should have known better , they go for about 425K each  .

What would be a sensible rise , so as not to lose them ?

How long you been doing them at £15?

I have been doing them for about 4 months now , as for time 30-35 mins each ,
there are 2 other styles of house not shown but they are all about the same time wise .

You're about right if you do them in that time Rich

It's hard to tell from Photos really.  I wouldn't quote a new customer just from a photo.

If that time includes setting up and moving on, good, if not, think about moving them up a bit, maybe £18 - £20 each.  Especially where you are!

in Liverpool:

1st = £15
2nd = £20

conservatorries= £5 / £10 extra

if you are on £30 an hour, your pricing is fine...12 in a morning :o

nice work...6 hours @ £180 ;D ;D ;D

Nice earner today £182 all in , and i still got to see BLUE PETER !
