Title: Two poles on one backpack
Post by: alank on June 12, 2012, 08:18:11 pm
Doing some work tomorrow where there is a lot more glass on the backs than the front, some of these have windows over extensions etc. The access on some is down narrow steps then up decking steps etc, so rather than take two backpacks on trolleys to the backs i have rigged up one backpack on a trolley to use two poles at once a 22ft pole pluss a 32ft for the awkward windows so two people can do the backs while front ups are dripping. has anyonr else tried this? or is this just a daft idea?

Don't think it would work very well, the shorter pole would get most of the flow.

Ive got the flow soted mate, the two way splitter that i used has adjustable tap for each pole once this is set the flow controller seams to work equally for each pole.

I think you will find the flow rate to low and when you lift the brushes higher it will drop even more. You might get 1.2 litres a min water on the glass if you are lucky.
