i dont normally touch brodex but im looking for a modular and look quite light.anyone got one?are they anygood?

My mate has one he has problems with it spinning.

Rubbish bit of kit-biggest mistake I have made buying it.
Its far too fragile for the rigours of daily life on the glass-it only gets brought out on special occasions
You so much as look at it and bits will fall off or worse-as has happened to me-the sections split or shear-and each new section is far too expensive.
Plus,the sections are always sticking together and they are the very devil to seperate if you are on your own.
I cant comment on the Gardiners modular as I dont have one,but,we do use 3 x clx of varying sizes and if they are anything to go by,their big 'un should be ok

I would recommend Gardiners modular poles without a doubt in my mind, excellentbit of kit
