Hi
Had a call last week from this company asking if we cleaned carpets & upholstery
in Nursing Homes etc on the south coast. Their rep is coming to see me this week - just wondering if this is to good to be true or do they want some of my hard earned cash on the promise of providing work etc
Just wondered if anyone else has been approached

The rep is coming to see you this week...... and there's your warning :o
But let us know what happens.

It appears that they are 'super agents' for the care industry, providing 'advice' on care homes for the elderly and all aspects of care.
Go on their list, but do not pay for it.
Another lot looking to make money off your business.
I would say that you would give them a percentage ( not very big ) of any work they give you.

Over the last 30 odd years in the business I have seen so many of these come and go and I am still here!!! Perhaps cos I won't pay them anything!!

And make sure you are paid directly via the Care Home .
Also be careful as lots of care companies have gone bust

I always make it rule that I do not do any more work for a company until the last bill is paid unless it is for £100 or less.
Got caught once - by a care home!
