bought a product from a leading supplier that was a faulty and still waiting for a replacement .What is the longest that a person has waited for the replacement? The said product was promised to arrive last Thursday.

I waited four months for a replacement wooden leg. The supplier involved wouldn't agree to paying for it - they said that if I took them to court that I wouldn't have a leg to stand on.

ask for a refund and buy it elsewhere if it does not arrive tomorrow, the post has been up in the air a little due to double bank holiday, so I would allow for that. I could guess who it is it will be one of two companies that seem to have a problem sorting out faulty products, my guess it starts with either B or W

I do think the postal service is having a nightmare at the minute. My wife ordered a birthday card from moonpig last Friday (paid over £5 for next day special delivery) and it never arrived until this Friday. Taking into account the bank holidays it should have got here Wednesday.
I'd give them the benefit of the doubt until the end of play tomorrow.

We should all feck the post office off , i dont get my mail until 6.45 at night ever , and the to55ers had the neck to up the stamp cost , so none of you should ever feel bad about a price increase , at least you are turning up , unlike the mail !

It's not the employees. It the managers who run things. It's also a classic tory tactic that happens prior to privatisation. Make the service as absymal as possible.

Was thinking exactly the same thing mate brodex charge £15:00 for express delivery and it takes a week to arrive . ridiclous . Mike

6.45 now that is bad
mind you some of my mail was found on the street by a passerby the other day .
