Hey peeps does anyone a short and sweet rain guarantee I could have a look at??
I want to put it on my receipts as getting loads of custies saying I can't work in this weather which I normally do ;D and am behind due to my son being Ill so have to work through it
Many thanks

I just tell them if they ask or looked worried you are there cleaning when its raining.

^^^^^ same as really - if it's strong wind and rain then it's a no-no for me anyway but otherwise....
If I call/text beforehand or if the customer is at home and they mention the weather then I remind them that any problems they encounter, providing they let me know within 24hrs, will be rectified free of charge
I seldom, if ever, get any call backs mate :)

Its prob a good idea to include on your invoices or in addition to it when it is raining.
