That's right on my patch. Do you have to put in a bid for all of them?
That being the case, too many eggs in one basket for me. Dai
-
Yes, you have to bid on all of them. It is all or nothing.

what are the details of this contract. how often is it?

I hate this nation wide coverage thing. It's a load of cr@p for all concerned. Has anyone who's took the financial plunge to offer it ever kept one of these contracts more than two years running? I worked for one of these outfits a few years back, just doing ASDA's from Stafford to Wisbeach. Loads of work for cr@p money. The gaffer was a dick and it all ended up in a massive bumpfest. Local work for local window cleaners!!

I have often wondered about the financial sense of these contracts. Post offices = bad parking, miles between each job. How the hell do they make them pay. The only way I can see is to sub the work to local guys and take a cut. All that extra admin and hassle. I'd like to hear what Dan Blythin say's about this one. It's near his patch too. And he's all commercial. Dai

I read somewhere that it is 1 contract to cover all post codes and 340 properties.
