work in the rain?
Yes.
rained on and off all day here in the midlands yesterday. 23 jobs to do, less 1 on holiday and 1 refusal. 21 punters done.
Whether they like it or not is debateable but most appreciate a regular service. I hate working in it but with a full round I dont like to get behind.

But they also know the final finish on the windows when dry is not affected  . Mike

same here always work in most weathers unless its lashing it down!!
If the custys dont like it I explain how when they are dry they will still be clean and if they still moan then i will drop! All my custys were told when they agreed to a regular clean that we work in most weathers  ;D

we clean in the rain, we like to offer regular service to all customers not working in the rain would affect this especially with the UK weather the way it is, only weather we do not work in is thunder and lighting, high wind or when i mean it unsafe to work.
if we didnt clean in the rain I would either have to not pay my staff or pay it out of my profits and neither am I willing to do when there is no valid reason not too.

Yesterday it was hammering it down and we had a day of new cleans aswell as regular customers, customer may not like it if they don't understand what you do or why you do it, educating people is the key here.
