With wfp in our locality you would get about £55 (outside only)

Should not take too long though Dave.

Hope you get it.  :-*

David, I think you should quote £70.00.  It looks a great job to me.

I'd do it for £50.00 though.  It's something to get your teeth stuck into without any 'kerfuffle'.

I dont have wfp as yet but i would be pricing around £90 to £100 for somethink like this so with wfp should be alot faster.  defantly more than £40.00

I should add the building is on a dirty corner and there will be a lot of muck to remove on the first clean.
I do the windows on the building to the left every 2 weeks with wfp and have to do a lot of rinsing to get them clean.

Ist clean £60.00 then £30.00 every 2 weeks or £45 every month.

It should take about 20 minutes once you get the glass and frames cleaned.

William

the windows are georgeon ,the ones with the deep recess bars,so a lot of dirt settles on top of the bars.

David
I do a pub which have georgian windows just like your picture exept the bottom ones which are smaller, when I first started the frames were black when they should have been white, but with a bit of gg3 and couple of times cleaning, I find that it takes me only 20 mintues to clean now and they come up great.

The pub is sited on a very busy main road, so the dirt does collect on the frames quite quickly.

Just to update you on this job
I cleaned the outside yeaterday in about 1 1/2 hours .
But decided to go over them again which was another 45 mins.
Then i went to pack away when my pole which was resting on the wall swung around and smashed a window pane with the gooseneck.
I could not contact anyone so i taped the hole up.
I got there this morning at 8.00 am to clean up the glass and clean the windows on the inside.
Nobody turned up until 9.00am and i had to explain to a crowd of 20 workers what had happened.
I cleared all the glass and cleaned the inside windows in about 4 hours making sure the windows were 100% top notch.
I got in touch with a glazier and he is going to repair the window for about £25.00 so not to bad.
The boss was well impressed with the results of the windows and the way i was there to tidy up and organised the repair.
Gave him my invoice for £150 and shook hands and negotiated a 2 weekly clean at £60 just for the exterior.

I blame my bad luck on that hoodoo letter Sarah sent me .please no more Sarah.
I have never smashed a pane of glass in my 8 years as a window cleaner.

Dave

Whats a hoodoo?

David, all those years & not smashed any?   Ah well, S**t happens sometimes.   Still, at least your window pane smashing only cost you £25.  Customer wants you back too, so you must have been good.

Your wish is my command - I feel guilty now  :'(   I assume from your bad luck you did not pass it on to get some good luck  ;)

On a more positive note the additional £1560 he just committed to is a bit of Good Luck.  ;)

Well done David - heres to many more contracts like that one for you (without the broken window, of course).

Sarah
