Title: Round for sale - Warwickshire

Round for sale (provisional basis).

Roughly £1750 pcm total. Vary from 4 weekly to 12 weekly. Obviously extras (gutters, conny roofs etc) that generally come at around £100-300 a month on top. Started 18 months ago and still getting calls.

On another forum there's a guy selling a similar priced round for 15 grand, shocking :o The going rate where I work used to be 3 times the value of the round
