im right handed, so i use the left hand to extend the pole while holding it secure with my strongest arm!

Is it better to rinse left to right or right to left and does being left or right handed matter when rinsing?

Left, but only because I sleep on the left side of the bed. Sometimes I use my right foot.

winding in left hand, then changed it to right hand and hate it so I will change it back to left

left foot forward first when walking
