lounge 10ft by 20ft
bed room 13ft by 9ft
hallway 3ft by 6ft
bathroom 6ft by 7ft

what should i charge for stain protection

I normally charge out stainguard at 50% of the job cost, so in this instance 37 odd quid ;D

to low, more like £80 (and thats low), remember how much the pretector costs

£150 for the clean.
£75 for protection(50% of clean price)
