turned up this morning as aranged started  setting up to conny roof clean when custy came out and said i dont want doing as the rain as washed most of the dirt off. it was still grimey so i said its still £25 for calling me out her face droped said are you joking me being me said yes all i got was sorry i was raging .she is a regular custy always pays on time but she dose seam a bit strange some times im just debating to dump shes already reduced window cleaning frequency now this

Don't do the roof anymore, when she asks why your not cleaning it, just remind her that it will rain soon and wash it clean for her.

wouldent be peeed off if she offerd fiver diesel money just gose to show you dont realy no your custys. ive been doing her windows for years she even asked me to clean for her when she moved to her new house

Insist on phoning her up before you go there to ask for her permission to clean.

its funny you not picked up 6 new customers and 3 wash downs, and you picked up the woman across the road ;D

she is just rude I don`t talk doorstep cancellations at all as part of my T C .

if you ve arranged the conny roof clean previously i would of dumped her on the spot.these type of customers you really dont need.

saying that every time ive arranged a conny roof/fascia clean etc as an add on job ive never had a cancellation!! ;) ;D ;D ;D ;D

Do you really believe that would have stopped her cancelling. T+C's are a total waste of time because you wont be able to enforce them. You can tell them that you T+C's state that she owes you the call out charge, etc and she'll say " Buggar off " and there's nowt you can do about it.

ive been having a debate last nite with my son whose a joiner and he as tride this tacktiik hes in the oppinion that t/c dont realy have any clout, so plan B take deposit if they dont comply ill explain why take it from there. at least if they do cancell when i turn up ill have my deisel coverd
