just make it your self.

Tires
Oil
Diesel
Water/fluids

Pure water
battery
poles
hose

you know what you need to do a job, and know what you have put in your van.

Hi Michael I think I have one in a health n safety file at work il dig it out email me your address and il post a copy as I'm not too sure how to scan and send on email
