it should be a closed forum unless you can supply company details to verify you are a windie.

not sure how it would be done but needs doing

Or even supply a website address with the persons phone number on so can be checked  ;D

It sounded like someone who just wanted a window cleaner to me.  We've had them before and they seemed genuine enough.

if its a cuastomer looking for a quote they may not have a website
