Title: customers phoning late

customer phoned me last night at ten past midnight asking me not
to come today because he was having new windows in

its nice to give me plenty of notice but what a numpty ;D

if its a house where you need to call for access, next time its due, phone them at same time and ask them to allow access ;D

I think that was good of him to fone ya Garry, abit late but he was worried that you was comming all the way to clean his windows and for you to get there and him saying sorry mate leave it today you wouldnt have been to pleased. He may have thought your fone was off and just leave you a message. You cant knock the fella peeps dont bother normally and you have a wasted journey !!! Good Custy !!!
