Title: office window cleaning prices ect

Might need to price up some office windows how do you guys do it ?

Price wise what do you do bit cheaper than domestic if you can do it early and its compact work or charge a flat hourly rate ?

plus when i quote for the job would i need to provide method statements and risk assesment or just wait and see if they ask for it ?

more than than your normal rate (unless your on a good rate already/ min for commercial should be around the £40.00 mark,) this takes into account doing r/a & m/statements etc
