It was the company concerned that decided that ladders are not to be used which is different to the H & S people saying they are banned.

I was doing work today window cleaning for a company that have banned ladders for window cleaning. It was that company's policy not the H & S's.

I used to do the salvation army place in Bristol. Nasty job, the flat rooves are just a carpet of needles.
