can someone advise me on whether to use mini bore or micro bore i would like to run 100m hose and wondered if 8mm mini bore would be better because of pressure to the jets, does it make a difference ?

I use 100m minibore. My only complaint is the weight. Today I reeled in 50 m then had to lift it into the van. Hard going in this weather. I wouldn't swap though. I used a trolley before with 20 m of Pure Freedom microbore and it was forever kinking.

I've never used microbore, but the first best move I made was the replace the 1/2" garden hose with minibore.

Had my 8mm minibore for 2 years now, no splits, no kinks, great stuff!!

get some microbore its much easier to manage and not as heavy!! ;) ;D ;D ;D ;D

It's lighter, but terrible for kinking. Minibore from Pure Freedom never kinks.

I have a 5yr old mini that has bee run over by trucks and bin wagons on a regular basis, (fingers crossed) it is still going strong.
I also have a micro that gets used here and there.
both are good.
