Hello,
I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me at all? I am due to have a meeting with a persian rug supplier, and they want to employ our cleaning services, the only problem is that I am a little unsure on pricing. I would usually charge a standard price of around £20 for an average size rug clean, but I am probabaly underselling a little.
Any ideas and help would be very much appreciated.
Thanks,
Stu.

Stu, if i was to answer that then world war 3 would start ;D

I think if you went in pricing at £20 they would be saying goodbye to you very quickly ;D

Is that £20 per square metre?

How would you clean a Persian rug and do you have the experience to take on the job?

Presume you mean £20/sqm right?

Rugs Persian or otherwise vary in price so much is is not common sense to clean them at a fixed rate. Say someone had an Ikea rug worth 70 quid and then another had a Persian worth 8 grand you can't possibly charge the same price. To be honest if you told the latter you were going to clean it for 20 quid they'd tell you to do one.

Nice one John ;D

As you run a Clinic it got to be a very high price indeed.
Have you been on any Rug Cleaning Seminars or training.?
