For those that employ do you pay them monthly ?

I have a guy who works for me 3 days a week... I pay him a weeks pay in arrears.
I find it easier paying each week, rather than having to make sure I have a lump of money available for him every month.

Weekly, one week in arrears. As all part time and thus relatively low overall earnings I wouldn't dream of paying less frequently than that.
